Langhe: wine harvest 2015, a very good year

The climatic conditions of 2015 in the Langhe have resulted in a production of excellent quality wine. The heavy rainfall earlier in the year and the hot weather in the summer led to a maturing of the vines characterized by balance. Dolcetto is a soft wine with intense colour; Barbera, thanks to the heat of July and cool nights in September, reached a perfect balance between acidity and sweetness; Nebbiolo has matured to perfection with excellent qualities of tannins which ensure that these wines are well structured and elegant and will age well just like the Barolo and Barbaresco.
